🛍️ Returns – Easy & Hassle-Free:
We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Wrong Product Delivered
✅ Damaged or Defective Item
✅ Missing Product in Package
If your case fits any of the above, please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Personal care products (cosmetics, skincare, etc.)
- Innerwear & lingerie
- Food items
- Custom or Made-to-Order products
- Clearance/Sale items (unless damaged)
🔄 Exchange:
At this time, we do not offer direct product exchanges.
However, you can return the item (if eligible) and place a fresh order for the new item.
💸 Refund Process:
Once your returned item is received and inspected, here’s how we process refunds:

| Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders | Refund to your bank account via NEFT within 7-10 business days |
We’ll notify you via email and SMS as soon as your refund is processed.

When raising a return request, please attach clear images showing the issue (wrong item, damage, etc.).
This helps us speed up the process.
❗ Important Notes:
- Returns will only be accepted if the product is unused, originally packed, and with all tags intact.
- Reverse pickup is available in most pin codes. Where not possible, we may request you to self-ship the item.
- If the return request doesn’t meet the policy conditions, the product will be sent back to you.

- Go to ‘My Orders’
- Click on ‘Request Return’ next to the relevant order
- Follow the on-screen steps
