At Humara Bazaar, We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. We want you to love every product you buy from us. But if something doesn’t feel right, we’ve got you covered with an easy and fair return & refund policy.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

You can return a product if:

  • It is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags.
  • The return request is made within 5 days of delivery.

Note: Some items such as personal care, hygiene products, perishables, or customized goods may not be eligible for return.


🔁 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Login to your account on humarabazaar.com.
  2. Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the item you want to return.
  3. Click on ‘Return’, select the reason, and upload any necessary images (if damaged/defective).
  4. Our team will review and confirm the return within 24–48 hours.

🚚 Pickup & Reverse Shipping

  • A pickup will be scheduled from your address if eligible.
  • Please ensure the item is packed securely for a smooth return.
  • If pickup is not available at your location, you may be asked to ship the product to our return center (we’ll guide you).

💸 Refund Process

Once your return is received and verified:

  • Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days.
  • You’ll be refunded via your original payment method or wallet credit, based on your preference.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed to your bank account after confirmation.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
  • Products that have been used, damaged after delivery, or returned without original packaging
  • Innerwear, cosmetics, perishables, customized/personalized products

⚠️ Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement or before shipping.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but can be returned after delivery.

🧾 Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer exchanges. You may return the item and place a new order separately.
